There’s an App for that!

Have you ever thought to yourself when planning your teaching lessons plans, its too hard to incorporate positive use of ICT. Especially when referring to the students learning for conceptualizing and visualizing concepts of the specific task?

Well, there’s an app for that! All you must do is think and evaluate what skills, design and aesthetics you are aiming to install in your lesson then you must evaluate what possible applications you could use to enhance the learning of the students. It is vital however, that you realize and understand that just using technology for the sake of it won’t solve educational problems, its how you use that technology that will potentially make the difference! Using the RAT model in this weeks learning path, it provides a resource for analysis of the technology and how the implementation of that technology will possibly enhance the lesson. Follow this link which provides further information about the RAT model as well as App:  The RAT Assessment Framework Tool   which offers a range of questions about a particular instructional event (lesson plan) and based upon the answers provide the App will generate an assessment against the RAT model further enhancing your lesson plan with ICT.
